Art part start

Never before have I been able to just sit down and paint without a clear image in my mind, Designer’s disease? Control freak? Afraid of failing? All of it, I guess. I decided not to care, so here’s what I’ve been scribbling/painting/whatever today. I promised to show you without feeling awkward about it.

The stuff I’m doing right now looks better in close-up. Maybe I could use the parts I like in a collage of some sort. Let’s see.

Haven’t been painting or making any kind of analog art since 2012. Why? I was stuck in my own head and couldn’t get out. Took the same pictures, made the same Wrist Worms, cause I knew it was safe. One day I said I don’t know what to take pictures of anymore, maybe I have to start creating other kinds of images again. It took me almost a year from when I said it.

The yucca has moved out on the balcony and I hope it will like it there.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to stop taking pictures of Berlin stuff. A mix of everything is what this blog has been about from the beginning, but I lost the art part.

These made me go: yum! (Kudos for embarking on this scary task.)

I love these little paintings! They look fantastic close up but also from a distance. Really beautiful.
