How’s your Saturday? Mine has been containing food and reading books. This is the dinner we just had on the balcony. It’s a sauce (scroll down for ingredients), romaine lettuce with feta cheese, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar & salt & pepper. Boiled potatoes, soft boiled eggs, melted butter with salt & pepper & a small glass of white wine.

The sauce is:
Swedish gräddfil (sour cream), fresh lemon juice, red onion, lots of dill, hot sauce (not much), salt & pepper.
Have been eating way too many carbs this week and feel so heavy. One day it was pasta both for lunch and dinner. Yesterday pizza for lunch and dinner. It really has a big impact on my mood, so I will try not to make pasta for lunch almost every day.
Do you have a favourite recipe to share (can also contain carbs, I’m not going to be too anal about it)? I could use some inspiration. Thank you <3
