Experimenting

Some random stuff I’m focusing on at the moment.

This is gubbröra (I tweak this recipe a bit) with råraka (just potatoes and salt fried in butter), never had this combination and it was really really good. Food is my every day focus, obviously.

Quick sketch. Don’t know where I’m heading and I’m not going to think too much about it either.

Tomorrow is Swedish midsommarafton, it’s something I haven’t celebrated many times and when Johan’s Swedish colleague invited us to celebrate with him and his German girlfriend, I immediately said YES and will bring yet another Swede. There will be so much good food, drinks and hopefully no mosquitos. After all the pandemic isolation it’s going to be fun to meet people I’ve never met before.
