Those of you who follow me here know that I’m not really good at writing/using recipes. Mostly I write down the ingredients and you can use as much as you like to, cause most of the time my food isn’t that advanced where you need the exact measurements for the food to taste “right”. Yesterday Johan and I made this:
Soba noodles with veggies (vegan)
Cold soba noodles
Celery & pak choi (fried in sesame oil & lots of sichuan pepper & soy) served hot over or beside the cold noodles.
Slices of cucumber (I prefer thick ones) .
Chili oil from the Asian supermarket.
Add some more soy after tasting in case it’s not savory enough.

I love the blog format so much, I hope it will have a revival soon. Not that I can say much – I hardly read blogs anymore.
