Week 40, already so far away. It was Monday and why not eat cheese & bread with a small glass of red wine (can’t remember, Bordeaux maybe?) for dinner.
The next day I walked over to Kreuzberg to get my hands on some wool. Many church towers in Berlin were cut off during WW2. I think it was because they were in the way for the airplanes, correct me if I’m wrong.
On Wednesday, I took the U-Bahn to Wedding to hook up with Johan and Andrew at a brewery they work for. After some beers, we were hungry and went to a kebab place. Food was pretty shit, but this Ayran was amazing.
I don’t know, probably just out for a quick walk inbetween all the crochet going on right now.
Made radicchio, potatoes, chickpeas, olive oil, s&p + parmesan from a cookbook. Very tasty.
On Friday, we went to Bite Club. Allison, Gerrit and Charley hooked up with us and we modelled some Wrist Worms on the U-Bahn and did some bar hopping, it was still warm enough to sit outside and have distance from other people. The bars have been packed inside. Now we’re probably facing a second lockdown, I honestly don’t mind at all.
On Saturday, we went to Gimme Gelato – I was shooting some pictures and all of us had pizza. Very delicious. Charley came over for a sleepover while his parents were out having fun.
It was Sunday and we had that radicchio salad for lunch with some added beans, which made it look even more beautiful. I got a haircut, finally. Looked like an idiot before.
Flowers from Charley and in the evening there was pappardelle with cauliflower, thyme and gorgonzola for dinner.
Stay well, folks!
