The Code x DARK MATTER

Berlin has about 4 millions inhabitants. After many years living here, I do know a lot of people and Berlin sometimes feels like a small village. Christopher was my first friend in this city and Johan worked with him at his company WHITEvoid during a few years. Yesterday, we went to an event at his exhibition space DARK MATTER BERLIN.

Now, let’s get to the Berlin being a village part. A couple of years ago Johan and I hung out with our friend Andrew at a hummus place down the street from where we live. Andrew went out to have a smoke and started chatting with another restaurant guest and this guy was Dor, with whom Andrew and Johan were supposed to work but had never yet met. Dor opened a shop called The Code for which Johan has done all the graphic design etc stuff. Andrew is doing the writing.

The event last night was a fashion show and a couple of great DJ sets, located at Christopher’s exhibition space. If you haven’t been, make sure to go! Yesterday was a blast. The art installation Tensor is on until September 2, a collaboration between Christopher Bauder and Akiko Haruna.

I can still feel my legs vibrating.
